Glen Smeltzer

Chief Executive Officer

Glen joined Teen Challenge Canada in 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer, with a background in management and finance, and became part of the leadership team that guided the organization through a period of consolidation and then expansion. Glen assumed the CEO position in 2018.

As CEO, Glen embraces the servant leadership model, and leads a team of committed and experienced individuals who are responsible for all aspects of program delivery, fundraising, and corporate services. He and his wife Judi live in London. They are active members of their local church, and have also held many volunteer positions over the years.

Glen holds an Engineering degree, as well and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
