Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Addicts, alcoholics, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

The primary responsibility of the Community Support Worker is to provide support to the students at Teen Challenge Canada. The incumbent works with the students in all areas of personal development, growth, life skills, as well as social and spiritual activities to enable the student to attain his/her full potential. Responsibilities include: promoting an environment that is supportive, nurturing, healthy and safe, while helping to ensure that the physical needs of students are met. Responsible for proper and accurate recording of all daily logs, shift reports, incident reports, and all other documentation as required.
The primary responsibility of the Spiritual Formation Coach is to give students a Biblical foundation to foster an enriching spiritual life. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of the Spiritual Formation of the students in the Teen Challenge drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Responsibilities include performing diversified duties such as: providing scriptural training to Students, delivering the Teen Challenge curriculum, coordinating guest speakers, teaching classes, scheduling chapel, and mentoring students on their journey of faith.
