Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Those struggling with addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Call Centre Associate is to book outreaches for each centre within a call centre atmosphere, and maintain the system of bookings and appointments in adherence with Call Centre’s best practices. The Call Centre Associate will serve as a liaison between potential churches / businesses and our local Teen Challenge centres in regards to Teen Challenge bookings. The incumbent is responsible for corresponding, verbally and nonverbally, with new and existing churches, sponsors and donors. Other responsibilities include: inputting data received into the database and performing administrative duties as required.
