Glen Smeltzer

Chief Executive Officer

With 20 years of experience in the areas of management and finance, Glen Smeltzer has held senior management positions in emerging technology companies and consulted to a variety of profit and non-profit organizations. He has also been a partner in a venture capital management firm. Glen holds a Chemical Engineering degree, as well as an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

As Chief Financial Officer, Glen is responsible for financial planning and reporting at Teen Challenge Inc. and is involved in strategic planning as a member of the Senior Management Team. Glen is also an active volunteer and serves as the Chair of a local Christian school.
