WHO WE ARE

Teen Challenge is a faith-based, not-for-profit charity providing a 12-month residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program funded by donations. Our success is achieved through spiritual, academic and vocational training, based on Christian principles, that equips young men and women to return to society as responsible citizens.

Teen Challenge doesn’t just offer you a job; we offer you the opportunity to exercise your Christian faith by being a daily witness to those in need of the freedom He provides. As part of our Christian identity, you will be able to meet for group prayer, chapel and devotions to ensure our mission focus and primary purpose as an organization remains strong.

Teen Challenge is an inter-denominational Christian ministry and, as such, those individuals being considered for and accepting employment with us must at all times adhere to our Statement of Faith.
