Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Those struggling with addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

The primary responsibility of the Spiritual Formation Assistant & Phase4 Coordinator is to assist with giving students a Biblical foundation to foster an enriching spiritual life as well as coordinating all aspects of the phase 4 program. The incumbent is responsible for the facilitation of the G.E.D study curriculum, providing academic assistance to students, assisting the Spiritual Formation Coach in providing an alternative education program for students with diversified learning capabilities, administering all Phase 4 paperwork and being their main point of contact.
