Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Those struggling with addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

The National Facilities Manager is responsible for executive oversight to all Teen Challenge properties, facilities, centres, buildings and rental properties, while providing strategic leadership over all construction, capital campaign building, growth and maintenance initiatives. This involves ensuring all properties are compliant with necessary regional legislation, building codes, regulations and bylaws, overseeing all property and construction contracts and sub-contractors, and working with local centres to ensure that construction projects and regular maintenance meets established deadlines and budget requirements, and is conducted in a safe manner.
