Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Addicts, alcoholics, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Junior IT Support Technician is to be the first point of contact for employee calls and provide timely and effective resolutions for any IT issues that they are experiencing. This will be accomplished by performing question/problem diagnoses, guiding users through to issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in user-friendly language, and conducting end-user training where necessary. Responsibilities include: trouble-shooting employee issues relating to computers and printers such as password resets, email setup, internet connectivity, software installs, hardware installs, inability to print and display configuration issues.
