Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Addicts, alcoholics, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

The primary responsibility of the Call Centre Coordinator is to perform administrative duties related to the call centre (tracking booking, inputting / updating online calendars and follow-up calls regarding booking details, etc.) and contact churches as required. Duties include: entering and verifying data, monitoring the central inbox and meeting calendar, performing research, coordinating schedules and providing customer service to churches, pastors, and individual donors.
