VDP Administrative Assistant - Vehicle Donation Program Office

Note: This is a full time position, 4-12 month contract; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education. This role is based out of our Vehicle Donation Program at 2258 River Rd, London, ON.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION 
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION 
Our Vehicle Donation Program (VDP) is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to fulfill a 4–12-month contract. The primary responsibility of the Vehicle Donation Program Administrative Assistant is to provide complete administrative tasks, licensing, Bills of Sale, answering calls, creating donation files, driving to the Ministry of Transportation to complete vehicle sales, and other tasks assigned.
