COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our Saskatchewan Men’s Centre is looking for a full-time Community Support that have a minimum of one year experience. The primary responsibility of the Community Support Worker is to provide support to the clients at Teen Challenge Canada. You will work with the clients in all areas of personal development, growth, life skills, as well as social and spiritual activities to enable the clients to attain their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: promoting an environment that is supportive, nurturing, healthy and safe, while helping to ensure that the physical needs of the clients are met. You will also be responsible for proper and accurate recording of all daily logs, shift reports, incident reports, and all other documentation as required.
