Capital Campaign & Donor Relations Officer - Ontario Men's Centre
Note: This role is based out of our Ontario Men’s Centre in London, Ontario and is responsible for the Waterloo – Windsor, Ontario area.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time Capital Campaign & Donor Relations Officer. The primary responsibility of the Capital Campaign & Donor Relations Officer is to is to generate funds by developing meaningful relationships for TCC through personal contact, fundraising events, and Sunday outreaches. The Donor Relations Officer works in collaboration with the National Office, local and regional development teams, Centre Directors, and volunteers to plan and execute all local development initiatives, in adherence with Teen Challenge Canada’s established best practices. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing successful, lasting TCC donor relationships, leading Sunday morning outreaches, events, and local Ambassador Teams, to achieve annual fundraising goals and strategies.
