Teen Challenge Canada has implemented the programmatic strategy Equal Opportunity for Every Student so that all centres, no matter their size, location or resources, can partner with our residents and community stakeholders to implement at least one of two tactics: academic enrichment; and basic skills vocational training. Our aim is to ensure that all Teen Challenge students graduate with a GED and have skills for employment.

• The Academic program includes 20 hours of class time each week in math, English, and GED.
• The vocational training program includes Culinary Arts, Vehicle Repair, Graphic Design, and Landscaping.
